1. The machine adopts stainless steel material, microcomputer control, fully closed management, beautiful appearance, convenient cleaning, quick response, saving glue and energy, safe and effective.
2. The machine adopts closed control from the glue barrel to the glue outlet, the glue has no evaporation and is not easy to dry the glue, so as to save glue and energy.
3, the plastic bucket is equipped with automatic mixer, liquid detection, electronic lighting and glass perspective devices, the glue only needs to be directly poured into the plastic bucket. Microcomputer can automatically control mixing and gluing, easy to operate and efficient for visual management.
4. The rubber pipe is equipped with a constant pressure diaphragm air pump and an electronic pressure sensor. The pressure in the rubber pipe can always be kept constant and the rubber is stable. And when the pressure in the hose is abnormal (such as taking off the tube), the microcomputer will automatically access to timely control the working state of the diaphragm air pump, so as to solve the possibility of continuing abnormal glue.
5, in each workstation is separately equipped with the glue isolation cylinder and brush light touch switch (can be changed to foot switch), glue brush fingers only need to touch the switch can quickly glue, and glue amount can be controlled by oneself (how many points are needed) so that the glue brush operation is simple and fast.
