Lock-stitch Seated Type Shoe Border Pattern Sewing Machine

Features and Applications:

1. All spare parts are manufactured by CNC machines with high precision.

2. Using electronic motor, speed and needle position is  adjustable, and presser-foot lifting height is adjustable.

3. The design of seprated transmission shaft can ensure the machine will stop automatically after 5 empty turns when there is          operation problem.

4. There is no thread tail when it start sewing or stop sewing.

5. There are ball bearings inside of the main shaft to ensure the main shaft have long service life.

6. There is a pattern design box with several pattern cams inside, which ensure the machine can do border sewing in different patterns by adjusting the pattern box.  Besides the traditional border stitch to join the upper and sole, there are E stitch, zigzag stitch and several other stitching patterns. It is useful machine for sports shoes, casual shoes, leather shoes etc.
